Stockton CPR & First-Aid Classes

Stockton, California – CPR Education provides CPR classes and training in Stockton and its neighboring cities.  With over 300k people living in this 100% urban city, there will sometimes be accidents and emergencies that need to be responded to quickly.  Most of the time, CPR is done on somebody you know. That’s because that’s who we spend time around – people we know.  Often these are people we are very close to or consider loved ones.

People panic in emergency situations.  It’s natural, but it’s a sad and unfortunate fact that when the hardest realities of life hit, many people will crumble under the pressure.  Being able to respond with a sense of confidence and self-possession is vitally important during an emergency.   It can easily make the difference between life and death.

Stockton BLS Classes

Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare providers is a required CPR certification for those in almost all medical arenas.  From dentists to nurses to doctors, BLS (usually with an American Heart Association certification) is an absolute must.  Not only is it one of the most basic certification requirements legally required to work in both clinical and field settings, it’s a skill that everybody should possess.  Many healthcare providers across all levels of training tend to forget or neglect these most basic, but critical of skills.   From medical assistants to brain surgeons, everybody should have a strong competency in the basic life-saving CPR and AED use. A surgeon is helpless without his or her blades, but they always have their hands.  At the end of the day, we always go back to the basics.
