Walnut Creek, California – CPR Education provides CPR classes and training programs in Walnut Creek and neighboring cities. Our instructors are firefighters, EMT’s, paramedics, and other trained emergency personnel, certified by the American Heart Association, and available for in-person appointments as well as group classes to provide CPR training. CPR/AED and first aid training classes (and renewal certifications) are held regularly in Walnut Creek near Treat Boulevard and the Contra Costa Centre. We’ve held Classes in downtown Walnut Creek near the Lesher Center for the Arts, as well as Creekside Drive near Kaiser – Walnut Creek. Contact Josh for fees and scheduling details.

Walnut Creek Medical Facilities

Walnut Creek has a variety of medical facilities you should probably be familiar with. First, the John Muir Medical Center (925-939-3000) which is a level 2 trauma center and is considered one of the country’s best hospitals. John Muir hospital is located at 1601 Ygnacio Valley Rd. Walnut Creek is also home to Kaiser Permanente at 1425 S Main St (925-295-4000) as well as a Planned Parenthood located at 1357 Oakland Blvd. and Bay Area Urgent Care Walk In Medical Clinic at 120 La Casa Via; Suite 207. Finally, there are numerous pharmacies in Walnut Creek including CVS and Safeway Pharmacy at the shopping center at Treat Blvd. and Bancroft.

Walnut Creek has a number of excellent emergency and public services available including the Walnut Creek Police Department located at 1666 North Main Street. Walnut Creek is a growing California community of 66,000+ residents. Known for attractions such as Ruth Bancroft Gardens and the Lindsay Wildlife Museum, Walnut Creek is more than just an amazing downtown.  Though if shopping is your interest, Walnut Creek does boast one of the countries best outdoor malls in the country.  Downtown Walnut Creek is made up primarily of Broadway Plaza, Main Street, Locust Street and California Avenue and is easily accessed by means of the 680 interstate, 242 connector and highway 24.   The city also has two BART stations: The Walnut Creek station and the Pleasant Hill station, both of which are technically in Walnut Creek.
