CPR Pacheco
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) is a skill that is used to save lives. It is recommended by the American Heart Association (AHA), that everyone is trained in how to perform proper CPR and First Aid Treatment. CPR is a critical step in the AHA’s Chain of Survival; a metaphor for the elements of the ECC systems concept. The AHA maps out the five links in the Chain of Survival for an adult, out of the hospital as:
- Recognition of cardiac arrest and activation of the emergency response system (calling 9-1-1 in the US)
- Early CPR with an emphasis on chest compressions
- Rapid defibrillation
- Basic and advanced emergency medical services
- Advanced life support and post-cardiac arrest care
In a person suffering from cardiac arrest, a strong Chain of Survival can drastically improve survival and recovery rates.

Josh was great! He accommodated our schedule and came to our office to perform the training for a group of our guys. They each walked away with AHA certification for CPR/AED and FIrst-Aid. Competitively priced too!

About Pacheco
Pacheco California was first found in 1857. The Post Office that was opened in 1959 is still open for business today. Pacheco was once commercially prosperous. During that time, the Pacheco Slough was deep enough to receive ocean-based shipments. However, in the 1860’s, after an earthquake, several fires, and floods, the Slough was destroyed and was filled with silt (fine sand and clay,) therefore no longer allowing for booming commercial trade. Concurrently, Pacheco was being depopulated, losing its residents to the nearby town Todos Santos, which later became Concord.
