OUR COURSES
Our certification courses are taught to the national standard for AHA & ECC training.

CPR/AED & First-Aid
Our most popular courses include CPR/AED and First-Aid, which are two separate classes that are commonly taught in one complete session. CPR/AED is the most common, though some industries such as engineering, outdoors, coaching, and construction often require the First-Aid class too. Industrial workplaces often require Bloodborne Pathogens training. All three of these courses are the most common for satisfying standard OSHA workplace requirements. Additionally, childcare and daycare providers will require the EMSA 8-hour Pediatric First-Aid & CPR/AED course, which includes an optional adult module.
BLS for Healthcare
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers courses are designed for medical professionals and healthcare practitioners typically with some degree of clinical training. Also known as “BLS” or “CPR For Healthcare Providers” this course fulfills licensing requirements for Nurses, Nursing Assistants, Paramedics & EMT’s, Dentists, Dental Assistants, Respiratory Therapists, Physical and Occupational Therapists.
This course follows the American Heart Association Guidelines for Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and Emergency Cardiovascular Care with a focus on CPR and AED use in a team environment and also includes modules in child CPR and AED use, infant CPR, including child and infant choking as well as bag-valve-mask (BVM) techniques for adults, children and infants.
