Participants are required to have their video on, and be visibly engaged in the class.

The EMSA Health & Safety Training is a required course for licensed childcare providers in California. EMSA Preventative Health & Safety programs are primarily intended for directors and management. Anybody who’s alone with children in a licensed Califorrnia childcare facility should have taken this course. This may include non-management staff.
